This position is for all TCMC Employees that DO NOT require a professional license. If you are in a technical or certified role such as Surgical Tech, Imaging Techs, Certified Nurse Assistant, ED Tech, Pharm Tech, etc., please complete this application.

Essential Functions

  • Under general supervision, the Non Licensed Employee performs support, administrative, clerical, technical, or patient-support duties as assigned. This role supports departmental operations and/or patient care services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.

    * Perform assigned duties specific to department or role
    * Support daily operational workflows and team needs
    * Provide customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors as appropriate
    * Accurately complete documentation, data entry, or records as required
    * Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
    * Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
    * Participate in required orientation, training, and transition-related activities

  • Basic computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
