We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Tree Service Foreman to lead our Arbor team. This role involves overseeing tree maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and guiding crew members in their daily activities. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute maintenance tasks assigned by the Foreman, contributing to the overall success of each project.
• Collaborate with crew members on tasks such as tree removals, pruning, and debris disposal, teaching valuable techniques and proper tool usage.
• Safely operate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, to complete assigned maintenance duties.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work site, ensuring safety for all team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing necessary repairs and maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Willingness to take directions and efficiently carry out instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
