Job Description

Come join us for a challenging and highly rewarding summer!! We are looking for highly motivated, positive self-starters to join our team! Here's what you can expect:

• $0.12-$0.14/tree piece work and you can expect earnings in the range of $200-$500/day (the more you plant the more you earn!)
• 3:1 schedule (3 days on 1 day off)
• Planting season runs from early May until mid-July and resumes early August
• Fast land that is mostly mechanically site prepped with majority of blocks trenched
• All blocks have road access and transportation will be provided
• There is an opportunity to work within your community (see list below) or within one of our camps. Camp living costs are $25/day, including meals and full amenities (showers, wifi, TV)
• We provide planting equipment at no cost to you. You only need to have your own appropriate footwear and a high visibility shirt/vest.

Seasons/Terms – Join us for some or all of these options!

• Spring Planting season runs from early May to mid-July
• Fall planting season runs from Early to Mid-August to Late September (or until you go back to school for students!)
• Cone picking and other opportunities may be available in early August as well.

Locations:

We are looking for local crews based out of Northern, Central, and Southern New Brunswick with various daily pick-up locations.

We are also looking for crews that will be based out of our camps in Sussex, Deersdale, and Black Brook.

• Meet production targets and quality standards
• Meet all safety standards at all times
• Ability to work in a team environment that is fast paced and physically demanding

• Must be at least 16-years of age
• Must be able to get to a central meeting location daily if on a home-based crew
• Highly motivated self-starter
