Job Description
This role is located in Charlotte, NC at Heartwood Tree Care.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced tree climbing, pruning, and removals
- Handle complex rigging and technical removals
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and heavy equipment
- Drive company trucks, CDL required vehicles included
- Watch for hazards and keep the crew working safe
- Communicate clearly with ground crew throughout the job
- Make sure job sites are cleaned up and left right
What We’re Looking For:
- Climber experience with SRT and DRT systems, spurless pruning, and advanced rigging
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred
- CDL Class B or A strongly preferred
- Strong rigging and removal background
- Able to lead a crew and make smart calls in the field
