Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a difference and stay busy? Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient location in Mount Pleasant, PA location — and we're offering a $1,000 sign on bonus! This position works the 3pm-11pm shift.

No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.”

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
