Part Time / Weekend shift

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide skilled wound care and skin assessments in alignment with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Monitor healing progress and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to create strong resident outcomes
  • Educate staff on skin integrity, prevention strategies, and best practices
  • Participate in care planning and help guide our holistic approach to healing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active California LVN or RN license
  • Previous experience in wound care or as a Treatment Nurse in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, compassionate, and team-focused
