The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is$25-$28/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options
- Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team
- Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, andassistwith payment plans
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care
- Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure smooth scheduling tooptimizechair time
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care
- Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions
About You:
- Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinatorisrequired
- Knowledge and understanding ofdental treatment plans and ability to educate patientsisrequired
- Experience with dental software programs isrequired
- Strongcustomerserviceexperience
- Previous Dental Assisting experience is preferred
- NDAEB certification is preferred
