The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our Newcastle team.

This is more than a reception role. You'll be the welcoming face of the clinic, guiding patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. From their first enquiry through to treatment completion, you'll ensure every patient feels understood, supported and confident throughout their smile transformation journey.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinating patient treatment journeys and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Following up enquiries, consultations and treatment decisions.
• Assisting patients with treatment acceptance, finance discussions and next steps.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating closely with the clinical team.
• Delivering an exceptional patient experience while contributing to clinic performance.

As you develop in the role, you'll have the opportunity to lead patient consultations, present treatment options, build patient confidence and further develop your treatment coordination skills.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, treatment coordination or another client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude.
• Experience in dental, medical, cosmetic or healthcare (highly regarded but not essential).
