Job Description

At i-Orthodontics, we don’t just transform smiles — we uplift people. We’re looking for a warm, confident, and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through one of the most important steps in their orthodontic journey: saying yes to treatment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping families feel confident in their care decisions. You’ll work across multiple i-Orthodontics locations, with our main hub in Lone Tree, Colorado.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
• Health, dental, and vision coverage
• Health Spending Account (HSA)
• In-network prescription benefits
• 401(k) with employer match
• Employee & Family Assistance Program
• Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family
• Uniform allowance
• Hourly pay range: $25.00–$30.00/hour
Balanced Schedule
Full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

What You’ll Do
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient understanding. Your role is essential in creating a positive, informed, and seamless experience.
• Welcome new patients and families, helping them feel comfortable and confident from the moment they arrive.
• Review medical and dental histories and listen carefully to patients’ goals, concerns, and expectations.

• Guide patients and families through financial options and payment plans that align with their needs.
• Help patients confidently move forward with treatment by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Follow up with patients who are considering treatment to maintain relationships and support timely starts.
• Prepare and send correspondence to referring dental offices to ensure seamless communication.
• Act as a liaison between the orthodontist and referring dentists or specialists.
• Track and complete monthly reports related to consultations, starts, and key performance indicators.
• Travel between i-Orthodontics locations as needed to support patients and team members.
• Assist with additional administrative and coordination duties as required.

About You
• 1+ year of experience in a dental or orthodontic office (preferred).
• Experience in professional sales, patient education, or customer service (strong asset).
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset, but not required.
• Confident, personable communicator who enjoys educating and guiding patients.
• Comfortable discussing financial options in a clear, compassionate manner.
