You will own the patient journey from the first "hello" on WhatsApp to the final signature in
the clinic. By traveling weekly across our Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and
Utrecht locations, you will ensure that every lead in the Randstad is converted into a
confident, smiling patient.

🎯 Your Impact

1. Sales & Pipeline Ownership (The "Inside Sales" Core)

• Lead Mastery: Proactively manage a funnel of potential patients via phone, Email,
  and WhatsApp to book their 3D scans.

• Proactive Outreach: When not with a patient, you are "hunting"—reactivating old
  leads and following up on pending cases to ensure no opportunity is lost.

• Strategic Scheduling: You take ownership of the clinic’s calendar, ensuring your
  travel days to Amsterdam or Utrecht are packed with high-value consultations.

2. The Clinical Consultation (The "Closer" Core)

• Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of Impress, greeting patients and building
  immediate rapport to understand their smile goals.

• Technical Presentation: Perform 3D intraoral scans and use our cutting-edge
  technology to visualize the patient’s future smile.

• Closing the Deal: Address clinical and financial objections on-site. You are
  responsible for the entire sales cycle, aiming for a "Same-Day Start" through
  persuasive, consultative selling.

3. Financial Engineering

• Tailored Financing: Navigate complex financial discussions, presenting payment
  options and managing approvals with financial institutions to make treatment
  accessible.

• Administrative Excellence: Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are
  processed, and the medical team is perfectly briefed for the patient's journey.

🛠 Requirements

• Sales DNA: At least 2 years of experience in results-oriented B2C sales (e.g.,
  high-end retail, automotive, insurance, or dental).

• Randstad Mobility: You must be willing and able to travel weekly between our
  clinics in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht.

• Communication Power: Excellent command of the Dutch language (C1+) is
  essential, alongside conversational English.

• The "Hustle" Mentality: You thrive in a high-energy environment and are motivated
  by KPIs, conversion targets, and unlimited commissions.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, from CRM systems to 3D scanning
  hardware.
