We are seeking someone to cover parental leave for approximately 12-18 months, with the potential for continued employment!

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Build a solid relationship with patients, family members, and co-workers to ensure the targeted outcome is achieved.
• Always demonstrate interests in patients, engage them in conversation, and do anything necessary to ensure that patients, parents, and families have a positive and unique experience.
• Assist the Treatment Coordinator/clinic assistants in taking and updating records (pan, ceph, photos, digital scan) on new and current patients.
• Work with TC to create a seamless new patient experience
• Enter relevant patient information into the computer and file all incoming correspondence and x-rays once they have been scanned.
• Manage active patient files and archive files for patients who are no longer in treatment.
• Submit digial scans and prescriptions to outside labs for application fabrication.
• Assist with making retainers.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene motivating them to follow care protocols.
• Sterilize instruments and disinfect treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing tasks in the clinic and around the office to maintain a presentable and safe work environment.
• Assist in onboarding patients with our remote monitoring system.
• Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
About You
• Registered Dental Assistant Certification required.
• Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
• Experience with Dolphin software is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
