Responsibilities

Coordinating treatment plans
Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions
Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
Understand dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator required
