We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients begin their smile journey while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, discussing financial arrangements, and building the confidence needed to move forward with care.
Responsibilities
- Meet with patients following their orthodontic consultation to review treatment recommendations and next steps.
- Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and available payment options.
- Help patients feel informed and confident about beginning treatment.
- Schedule new patient starts and follow up with pending treatment opportunities.
- Coordinate with doctors and team members to maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation.
- Travel between office locations as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of dental or orthodontic experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
