Job Description

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-established, high-performing private dental practice to identify a polished, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator.

This is not a typical front desk role. This position sits at the intersection of patient experience and case acceptance—ideal for someone who understands how to build trust, communicate value, and guide patients through important treatment decisions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Creating a welcoming, high-end first impression for all new patients
  • Capturing patient photos (face and intraoral)
  • Assisting during new patient exams and consultations
  • Presenting treatment plans and financial options with clarity and confidence
  • Coordinating and scheduling treatment starts
  • Following up with pending patients to drive case acceptance
  • Re-engaging unscheduled or delayed treatment patients

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Dental experience
  • OR strong experience in retail, hospitality, or consultative sales

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:15 AM – 6:15 PM
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:45/7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible; optional Thursday instead)

Requirements

High school diploma required

Demonstrated job stability and professionalism

Ability to represent a premium practice as the “face” of the patient journey
