Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Job Category: AdministrativeJoin our team in Maplewood as a full-time Treatment Coordinator on the AM Shift! This position serves a critical role in the clinic as they help patients understand the cost of recommended treatment, and makes appropriate financial arrangements with patients.
Who We Are
Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.
Responsibilities
- Review schedule daily for patient financial obligations
- Verify all patients’ insurance – state and commercial
- Collect payments and/or copays from patients
- Receive overflow calls from scheduling coordinators
- Receive and return calls from patients pertaining to financial quotes for treatment plans
- Schedule patient appointments as needed
- Answer patient questions regarding billing and payment options
- Process application for sliding fee scale and care grants
- Post payments on patient accounts
- Send out pre-estimates to patients
Position Hours
Monday through Thursday 7:20am-2:30pm
Friday 7:20am-12:30pm

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Karen or Hmong required
- No prior dental experience required
