Job Description

This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to balance risk and returns in customer payments while closely collaborating with Corporate Treasury. The Treasury Team Leader EU&A is involved in Europe cash planning & management, Forex exposure management, collection of founds, bank relationship management and operational payment planning.

Your tasks include:

Customer payment media strategy

• Cash planning & management
• Support Controllers in managing intercompany transfers.
• Full responsibility for bank and credit card fees.
• Lead and motivate a proactive Treasury of 5 Assistants/Analysts.
• Oversee the customer payment process

Requirements

• You have an accounting/treasury background
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• You are fluent in English
• You have experience in an International Treasury environment, particularly in cash planning and credit card operations
• You anticipate impacts of workload/issues to meet deadlines
• You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines and you have strong analytical skills
• You have strong communication skills to understand and support people in the business but also to report to your supervisor
• You are eager to learn, flexible, stress resilient and proactive
• You are able to work in an international environment.
