Treasury System Implementation Consultant
Contract Position: 18 months
Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates only - Hybrid schedule and working in Downtown Dallas)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Systems Consultant to support the implementation and long-term ownership of the GTreasury SaaS platform This role will play a critical part during implementation by partnering with Treasury, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders to configure and enable the solution and will transition into the primary application owner of the post-go-live system. This position is best suited for a technically strong systems specialist with experience in SaaS platforms, integrations, and financial systems configuration. Treasury domain experience is beneficial but not required.

This is a hands-on support role for system implementation activities, integrations, testing, configuration management, and ongoing production support across treasury operations and financial systems environments. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and well-governed platform.

Qualifications
  • Experience administering or configuring SaaS enterprise applications (TMS, ERP, or similar financial systems)
  • Strong understanding of system integrations between SaaS and on-premise platforms
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise system implementations and major enhancements
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across systems, interfaces, and integrations
  • Experience managing user access, roles, permissions, and system configuration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Direct experience configuring GTreasury or other Treasury Management Systems preferred
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials
  • Exposure to bank connectivity including SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host integrations, and payment file processing
  • Understanding of treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, payments, and liquidity planning
  • Experience working within SOX-controlled environments

Responsibilities
  • Partner with implementation teams, GTreasury product teams, and functional stakeholders to configure GTreasury modules including Cash Management & Forecasting, Payments, Financial Instruments, Bank Connectivity, Bank-to-Book Reconciliation, Hedge Accounting, and Liquidity Planning
  • Support system configuration, data setup, and environment readiness across development, testing, and production environments
  • Participate in integration design and validation between GTreasury, middleware platforms, and ERP systems including PeopleSoft Financials
  • Assist in defining and testing file formats, interfaces, and data mappings including bank files and payment formats
  • Contribute to SIT/UAT testing cycles, defect resolution, and release readiness activities
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements including SOX controls and access management
  • Serve as the primary application owner and administrator of the GTreasury platform following production go-live
  • Manage ongoing configuration requests, enhancements, user access, and role administration activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues, interface failures, and data discrepancies across integrated platforms
  • Coordinate vendor support activities and manage escalations through established support channels
  • Oversee application upgrades, releases, patches, and configuration changes across environments
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, operational procedures, and release notes
  • Act as a key liaison between Technology, Treasury, and Accounting stakeholders
  • Support process improvements and optimization initiatives leveraging GTreasury platform capabilities
  • Support audit activities and ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls and governance standards
  • Maintain data integrity and operational reliability across the platform
