About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• Planning, controlling and overseeing allocation and production of payment runs for assigned clients in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to invoice processing.
• Ensuring invoices and other required documentation are collected on time and processed efficiently in according Company and Client procedures and policies.
• Foreseeing, scheduling and ensuring timely execution of various taxes and obligations held by assigned clients in order to avoid late payments.
• Overseeing presentation to Signatories and return for processing process.
• Ensuring the accuracy of purchasing invoices as accessed for VAT and other regulatory matters.
• Checking and authorizing payment instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring that all payment related documents and correspondence are stored in internal systems according to Company procedures and policies.
• Following Transaction monitoring, Compliance, KYC and Payment security procedure in accordance to Company and Client policies.
• Administering electronic bank accounts.

• Continuously reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way.

About You:

• You have a University degree or last year student in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Possess very good communication skills and ability to multitask.

• If you have, an experience in an international environment would be an advantage.

Salary Ranges

1300 - 1850 Euro gross monthly
