We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with Treasury Project & Operations Managers to drive continuous improvement activities.
Scoping integration solutions and conducting technical gap analyses with internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the deployment of Treasury Solutions, including configuration, testing, training key users, and post-go-live support.
Supporting level 2/3 application support, monitoring incident queues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Performing root cause analysis for high-priority incidents and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Contributing to editor release assessments to ensure smooth user adoption.
Maintaining effective communication with users, ensuring SLA compliance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Supporting internal and external audits with relevant documentation and ensuring process compliance.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in payments and the treasury domain.
