Job Description

We're looking for a Treasury Shared Services Coordinator to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across multiple business functions. You'll begin by building a strong foundation in Accounts Payable operations while progressively expanding your knowledge of Treasury, cash management, and Order-to-Cash processes through cross-functional learning and continuous improvement initiatives as you develop your career.

As part of the Treasury Shared Services organization, you'll help support the company's working capital objectives through timely, accurate transaction processing and continuous process improvement. As you develop in the role, you'll have opportunities to expand your knowledge of Treasury operations, contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives, and participate in projects that improve cash flow, optimize working capital, and enhance operational efficiency.

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with data and technology, and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role based at our Columbus, OH headquarters, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days based on business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Support Accounts Payable invoice processing and resolve workflow exceptions, coding questions, credits, receipt not vouchered research, supplier inquiries, and invoice processing issues.
  • Monitor AP workflow queues and partner with Procurement, Receiving, suppliers, and internal business partners to resolve issues and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare ACH and other electronic payments while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of Treasury operations by supporting foundational cash management activities and progressively expanding into broader Treasury and working capital processes. Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives by validating data, testing new tools, identifying repetitive manual processes, and providing feedback to improve workflows.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance Shared Services operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a strong control environment.
  • Support initiatives that improve working capital by identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing transaction cycle times, and collaborating across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Treasury.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Shared Services environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and financial systems; JD Edwards experience is a plus
