Safariland is seeking a Treasury Services Manager to join its Corporate Treasury team. As the Corporate Finance Headquarters for Cadre Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CDRE), Safariland supports a growing public company through effective liquidity management, capital planning, and treasury operations.
The Treasury Manager will oversee global cash management activities across multiple countries, currencies, and banking platforms. This role is responsible for managing daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships, public disclosures, and treasury reporting while supporting strategic finance initiatives, acquisition integrations, and process improvement efforts. The position offers significant visibility and interaction with executive leadership, including the Treasurer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash Management & Liquidity Planning
• Manage global cash positioning and liquidity across multiple legal entities, countries, and currencies.
• Prepare and analyze daily cash and debt reports for executive leadership.
• Lead short-term and long-term cash forecasting processes and provide meaningful variance analysis and recommendations.
• Optimize cash utilization and support working capital management initiatives across the organization.

Treasury Operations
• Oversee treasury activities, including review and release of electronic payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and bank account administration.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements related to cash management activities.
• Manage bank account structures, signatory administration, and KYC documentation requirements.
• Investigate banking transactions while serving as a key liaison between banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the administration of the company's global merchant services platforms.

Debt Management & Financial Reporting
• Manage the administration of Term Loan and Revolving Credit facilities, including debt schedules, borrowing activity, repayment planning, and interest tracking.
• Support quarterly debt covenant calculations, lender reporting requirements, and public company disclosures.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of debt-related journal entries and treasury reporting.
• Assist with debt forecasting, interest expense modeling, and capital planning initiatives.

Banking & Trade Finance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international banking partners.
• Own the Company's trade finance program, including Export and Standby Letters of Credit, serving as the primary liaison with customers, sales teams, and banking partners to manage terms, oversee applications, ensure timely documentation, and drive execution of all trade finance activities.
• Evaluate banking products and services to improve treasury operations and reduce costs.

Process Improvement & Strategic Support
• Lead treasury process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and reporting capabilities across a diverse corporate cash structure.
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities related to treasury operations, banking structures, and cash management processes.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Assist treasury leadership in executing strategic projects and organizational priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, or commercial banking experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt administration, and banking relationship management.
• Experience with Letters of Credit, trade finance, and international treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, working capital management, financial risk management, and cash management best practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience supporting public company environments and SOX-compliant processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation.
• Familiarity with:
◦ BOFA CashPro, PNC Pinnacle, HSBCnet, Banorte, or comparable banking platforms
◦ Kyriba treasury management technologies
◦ OneStream CPM financial consolidation software platform
◦ Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX Dynamics 2012, or similar ERP platforms
