Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the Group-wide FX risk management framework, including exposure identification, governance, hedging strategy, execution, and compliance monitoring.
• Consolidate and analyse FX exposures across the Group and assess their financial impact on business performance.
• Coordinate FX exposure forecasting with local finance teams to ensure accurate risk visibility and planning.
• Execute, supervise, and monitor FX hedging transactions while ensuring hedge effectiveness and proper accounting treatment.
• Deliver comprehensive management reporting on FX exposures, hedging activities, and treasury risk metrics.
• Support the monitoring, analysis, and management of the Group’s interest rate risk exposure across a EUR 2.5 billion debt portfolio.
• Assist with the execution, documentation, and ongoing follow-up of interest rate hedging instruments, including interest rate swaps and cross-currency swaps.
• Lead and enhance treasury systems, bank connectivity, reporting, digitalisation, process automation, and treasury data quality initiatives.
• Manage and support broader treasury operations and strategic projects, including EMIR compliance, banking structures, intercompany netting, financing programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Several years of treasury experience in a multinational company, including exposure to complex treasury operations and financial risk management.
• Proven experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) risk management and hedging activities.
• Proven experience in Interest Rate (IR) risk management and hedging instruments, including derivatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial risks, exposures, and market impacts.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners globally.
• Experience across a broad range of treasury activities beyond hedging, such as cash management, banking, treasury systems, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong technological aptitude and proficiency with treasury systems, Excel, and digitalization or automation initiatives.
• Master's degree (or equivalent experience) combined with fluency in English and the flexibility to travel regularly for collaboration with the Group Treasury team.
• Driving license
