Brief Overview of Position

This leadership position is part of a dynamic Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best Treasury Management provider in the State of Texas. If you are motivated to build products, own the customer experience, and define the go-to-market strategy, then our Commercial Online Banking Product Manager is the job for you. Growing our Online Banking and Reporting capabilities is a strategic objective, and this opportunity will allow you to use your experience to develop market leading solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Reporting and Notifications product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision. Partner with other Product Managers to support the commercial online banking capabilities in Treasury Solutions.
  • Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success
  • Proactively delivery insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes
  • Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making
  • Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years Treasury Product Management experience; Experience with Treasury Solutions products including Information Reporting, Payments and Receivables across multiple channels including online, mobile and API
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities
  • Experience managing vendors and FinTech’s
  • Experience leading agile build teams
  • Location – Texas (Dallas / Fort Worth)
  • Flexibility to travel 10-20%
