About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive talents to join EBC Tech Limited on a full-time basis Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, enabling key stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Execute payments and fund transfers through various banking platforms and payment networks, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and payment gateways
- Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting
- Act as first line of defense to screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
