Corporate Treasury Operations Analyst I – Entry Level
Do you have experience in Corporate Treasury and/or Banking along with excellent communication and organizational skills? Would you like to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Treasury Operations Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by providing daily cash reconciliation, and preforming daily cash position to determine borrowing needs of the company. We are looking for a team player to join our dynamic treasury group.

Sevita recently acquired Rescare based in KY. This position will be in-person during our Transitional Services Agreement (TSA). After the TSA agreement, this position will be fully remote.

• Perform daily reconciliation for the due to/due from cash settlement between BrightSpring and Sevita/Rescare.
• Assist with Ad hoc reconciliation and research to identify discrepancies/variances.
• Assist with the maintenance/review of acquired bank accounts activity.
• Responsible for closure of acquired bank accounts once all activity has been transferred to Sevita’s main corporate account.
• Be the point person for all acquisition related activity.
• Learn Sevita’s prior day reconciliation/cash position process.
• Assist in creating tagging rules within our treasury workstation for reoccurring receipts.
• Assist with reclasses request to ensure a smooth month-end close.
• Communicate discrepancies with appropriate department for reclass adjustments, and follow-up as necessary.
• Ability to research and code receipts/disbursements to correct GL string.
• Process ach and wire payments using Bank of America’s Cashpro system and other bank platforms.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and audits.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and/or treasury
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a structured team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting debits and credits
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (with intermediate excel skills)
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks

The regular working hours for this position can be performed remotely; however, due to current business and employment requirements, we are unable to employ individuals in this role who will be working from Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington State, or Washington, D.C. Although the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person and related travel is an essential function of this position.
