Zentiva is a Pan-European Generic Pharmaceutical Group selling in over 40 markets and with 4 manufacturing sites. The Group generates revenues of approximately €1.3 bn. Meeting the company’s cash targets will allow the company to invest further in future growth and our purpose of bringing more high quality, affordable medicines to patients who need them.

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to strengthen our Group Treasury team at Zentiva, with a focus on payments, banking operations, and treasury transformation initiatives

In this role, you will act as the internal owner of treasury-related projects, including the ongoing payment platform and banking connectivity transformation, ensuring efficient integration into daily treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payment processes across the Group, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and control
• Act as internal owner for treasury-related projects, including:
  • payment platform implementation and migration
  • banking connectivity and integrations
  • payment file formats (e.g. ISO 20022 / XML)
• Coordinate with external consultants, banks and internal stakeholders on project delivery and implementation
• Coordinate and maintain bank accounts, mandates, and KYC processes
• Support and optimize banking structures and operational relationships
• Ensure smooth integration of new systems and processes into daily operations
• Collaborate closely with the treasury team on cash, liquidity and reporting topics
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Act as backup for other treasury activities to ensure flexibility and continuity

Ideal candidate

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, payments, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of payment processes and banking infrastructure
• Proven experience in projects (banking, systems, connectivity, ERP/TMS)
• Experience with payment formats / platforms (ISO 20022) is a strong plus
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
