Key Responsibilities

As a Treasury Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective treasury and cash management operations across the local entities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing liquidity planning and cash flow activities for local entities
• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury processes
• Preparing manual payment orders
• Monitoring and coordinating third-party loan and interest payments in collaboration with the Global Treasury Team
• Managing tax-related payments, including stamp taxes and month-end obligations
• Overseeing the IBKB process and ensuring compliance with Central Bank and governmental authority requirements
• Monitoring changes in Central Bank and banking regulations, and communicating relevant updates to stakeholders
• Managing payment confirmations for incoming and outgoing transactions
• Managing corporate credit card processes, including applications, cancellations, and statement follow-ups
• Supporting Finance and Tax teams regarding equity position assessments of legal entities
• Monitoring intercompany loans, related interest payments, and associated treasury activities in coordination with Headquarters

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or a similar finance function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Experience working in multicultural and international business environments
• Strong team-player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated approach to work
• Experience in controlling and financial processes within multinational companies is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
