Job Description

Treasury Operations

  • Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management across domestic and international bank accounts.
  • Review and approve wire transfers, ACH payments, intercompany funding, and other treasury transactions in accordance with established controls.
  • Manage bank account administration, including account openings and closures, KYC compliance, authorized signer maintenance, and banking platform administration.
  • Administer corporate card programs and related banking services.
  • Build and maintain strong banking relationships while evaluating and implementing treasury management services and banking solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, banking regulations, and company governance requirements.
  • Oversee fraud prevention activities, including Positive Pay administration, payment controls, and other treasury risk management processes.
  • Develop, document, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Partner with FP&A to improve short- and long-term cash forecasting processes and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare and oversee treasury reporting, including cash reporting, liquidity analysis, debt reporting, and other management reporting.
  • Partner with Accounting to support month-end close activities, cash reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline treasury operations, improve forecasting and reporting, enhance decision-making, and reduce manual effort.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement treasury technologies that improve productivity, strengthen controls, and support organizational growth.

Leadership

  • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Treasury team members through performance management, mentoring, and career development.
  • Establish team priorities and ensure efficient execution of daily treasury operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for treasury operational issues, banking matters, and complex payment inquiries.
    • Lead treasury transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, internal controls, and employee experience.

    EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 7+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience, including responsibility for cash positioning, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring staff.
    • Experience managing multiple bank accounts in a multi-entity environment.
    • Experience leading treasury process improvements, system implementations, or transformation initiatives.
    • Experience utilizing treasury management systems (TMS), ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial reporting tools.
    • Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, or technology solutions to improve treasury operations is preferred.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking services.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external financial institutions.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

    • Cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash forecasting methodologies.
    • Banking products and services, including ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, corporate cards, and online banking platforms.
    • Treasury internal controls, fraud prevention, and payment security.
    • Bank account administration, KYC requirements, and authorized signer governance.
    • Financial statement fundamentals and accounting principles related to treasury.
    • Debt administration and treasury reporting.
    • Treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP financial systems.
    • Internal control frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven leadership and people development capabilities
