Salary Range $90k-$100k

About the Opportunity

A growing and financially stable organization is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead its treasury operations and cash management strategy. This is a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to influence financial decision-making, optimize liquidity, and support long-term organizational growth.

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk management. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization maintains strong financial health while supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring balances, transfers, and disbursements
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee banking relationships and negotiate services, fees, and credit arrangements
  • Optimize liquidity through effective management of working capital, investments, and debt
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including liquidity and interest rate exposure
  • Prepare treasury reports, including cash position and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on budgeting and financial planning
  • Support financing activities, including debt management and covenant compliance
  • Continuously improve treasury processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
  • Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling and forecasting preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across departments
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus
