Treasury Management Associate: $23.25/hour minimum Senior Treasury Management Associate: $25.42/hour minimum Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY

Assists in the management of account relationships to service and retain commercial and government deposit account customers; determines existing customers' needs, cross sells cash management products and services, acts as a liaison between customers and bank departments, and provides advanced clerical and administrative support by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Functions as personal assistant to at least two Treasury Management Consultants, maintaining and supporting the customers in the Consultants’ portfolio of businesses. Assists customers with questions concerning the bank's Treasury Management full suite of products and services, as well as depository services, account analysis, reconciliation, etc. Acts as a liaison between the customer and other departments within the Bank. Determines existing customer needs through correspondence, in person communications, and service calls; cross sells bank products and services to meet determined needs as appropriate. Prepares, tracks and provides agreements to customers for Treasury Management services and responds to questions regarding such agreements; reviews agreements for proper completion and execution by customers; obtains approvals and signatures on such agreements from appropriate bank officers. Ensures customers are appropriately set up for services in the system. Completes customer’s Analysis billing maintenance, establishes profiles, Sweep Account maintenance, etc., according to established procedures. Processes Remote Deposit and Mobile Capture Risk Worksheets used to assess and mitigate the risk of the established dollar limits. Monitors and takes action to complete or resolve daily processes; notifications for Positive Pay issues, Remote Deposit Capture deposit reviews, Temporary Limit increases for ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit and Mobile Capture, etc. Provides training and support to bank personnel regarding Treasury Management products/services. Prepares and provides analysis proformas of commercial accounts and relationships to determine profitability. Assists in the preparation of responding to formal and informal requests for proposals and invitations to bid. Provides research and assistance in identifying and contacting Money Service Businesses (MSB); provides related guidance and information; sends out appropriate correspondence; and gathers necessary documentation to be used for assessing risk. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor. COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and complete all compliance training on time. Knowledgeable of and comply with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations that apply to you and your job. Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank’s operations by identifying and protecting confidential information. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Treasury Management Associate Minimum: Associate’s degree in a business-related field and two years banking experience or training in the areas of customer service, bank operations, treasury management services or related fields; or three years banking experience or training in the areas of customer service, bank operations, treasury management services or related fields; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Preferred: Four years banking experience or training in the areas of customer service, bank operations, treasury management services or related fields; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Senior Treasury Management Associate Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a business related field and two years’ banking experience or training in the areas of bank operations, treasury management services, or related fields; or four years’ banking experience or training in the areas of bank operations, treasury management services or related fields; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Preferred: Six months lead experience.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Ability to keyboard 35 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator by sight required. Word processing and spreadsheet software experience required. Database software experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.

REASONING SKILLS:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
