
SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday through Friday with availability between (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) Average of 40 hours/week.

SCOPE:
The Treasury Management Support Specialist assists the Treasury Management team and Treasury Management customers by providing technical expertise on the products and services offered by the bank. This position is responsible for assisting Treasury Management customers with general navigation of products and services in addition to troubleshooting technical issues and inputting data for services for within our core systems. This position will assist with customer inquiries, problem resolution, and requires a solid working knowledge of subject matter related to Treasury Management (compliance, processes, and procedures) to successfully deliver Treasury Management services and perform the following duties.
