Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Treasury Management Admin Specialist provides essential support to the Treasury Management team by assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting for business clients using online banking services. This role ensures smooth implementation of treasury products, accurate data input, and exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include sales assistance and performing other duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECATIONS:

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Assist in setting up business clients on online banking platforms, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools.
  • Provide troubleshooting for technical issues related to online banking, security tokens, and file transmissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (E-banking, Operations) to resolve client issues promptly.

Data Input & Documentation

  • Accurately enter client and product setup information into treasury systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, service requests, and compliance documentation.

Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide training and guidance on treasury services and online banking features.

Sales Assistance

  • Support Treasury Management Officers in cross-selling and upselling treasury products.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, RFPs and client presentations as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to BSA, KYC, and internal audit requirements during onboarding and maintenance processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all banking regulations.

Other Duties

  • Participate in special projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of bank operations, especially treasury management services.
  • Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Skills in problem solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
  • Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
