Treasury Management Sales Analyst

Support the Treasury Management sales function by providing analytical, administrative, and relationship support to Treasury Management Officers. Assist with preparation of treasury management analyses, annual customer reviews, sales presentations, and portfolio reporting. Work closely with Treasury Management Officers to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and create additional capacity for revenue-generating activities, including deposit growth and treasury management fee income.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Develop and deliver complex Treasury Management analyses and profitability assessments for prospective and existing commercial relationships, identifying opportunities for deposit growth, fee income expansion, and relationship optimization.
b. Lead annual Treasury Management relationship reviews by analyzing utilization trends, pricing appropriateness, profitability metrics, risk exposure, and product penetration, providing actionable recommendations to management and Treasury Management Officers.
c. Design and recommend Treasury Management solutions and pricing strategies for commercial customers, supporting business development efforts and improving client retention.
d. Track and maintain annual review schedules and related documentation.
e. Maintain customer and prospect information within applicable systems.
f. Participate in internal training and education related to Treasury Management products, services, and industry trends.
g. Assist with departmental reporting, goal tracking, and sales pipeline management.
h. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be placed in the I, II, or III level that best aligns with their education, experience and qualifications.
To qualify for a Treasury Management Sales Analyst I:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, financial analysis, or related experience preferred.
To qualify for a Treasury Management Sales Analyst II:
• Associates Degree preferred.
• One to two years of banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, financial analysis, or related experience preferred.
To qualify for a Treasury Management Sales Analyst III:
• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Three to four years of banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, financial analysis, or related experience preferred.
A qualified Treasury Management Sales Analyst will posses the following skills and abilities:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to learn and understand Treasury Management products and services.
6. General areas of competency: attention to detail, communication skills, dependability, interpersonal skills, organization, prioritization, problem solving, teamwork, time management, and customer service.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive customer and operational information with discretion.
8. Professional appearance and demeanor.
9. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Physical Requirements:
Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
