Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process, scan and sort incoming mail by company specifications
  • Balance and process reports
  • Run Branch Capture for items unable to run in lockbox system
  • Partner with another team member and travel to the local Post Office to retrieve incoming mail, 2-3 times per week on rotational basis
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 0-2 Years Experience
  • At a minimum, employees must obtain a HS Diploma or GED.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & OTHER

  • Must have reliable transportation for weekly trips to the Post Office.
  • This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in frequent communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Fully Onsite
  • 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday, possible Saturday rotation
