Job Description

Our client is a diversified global group with interests across infrastructure, energy, EPC, mining, agriculture, trading, and education, with a strong presence in emerging and developing markets.

They are looking to hire a Head of Treasury to lead centralized treasury management across the Group. This is a hands-on, high-trust role responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, funding strategy, internal capital allocation, and treasury controls, working closely with the Chairman and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead centralized cash and liquidity management across group entities.
• Manage daily cash positions, liquidity forecasting, and working capital requirements.
• Develop and execute funding strategies, including banking facilities, debt, and capital planning.
• Oversee internal lending and capital allocation across group businesses.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and key stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust treasury policies, controls, and governance.
• Monitor debt facilities, covenants, interest costs, FX, liquidity, and counterparty risks.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts, financial analysis, and treasury reports for senior management.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, audits, and strategic financial decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• Currently based in the UAE – mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant finance/treasury experience.
• Strong experience in treasury, cash management, funding, banking, liquidity, and capital allocation.
• Experience within a diversified group, family office, infrastructure, investment, or multinational environment preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with promoters, Chairmen, and senior leadership.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline; MBA/Master's preferred.
