
We are looking for a detail-driven Treasury & Financial Reporting Accountant to support our Controller in the day-to-day accounting operations for a growing $50M+ organization. This role interacts with our other accountants, drives the monthly close in NetSuite, and champions the use of AI tools to modernize and speed up our accounting processes. You will be a key partner in ensuring accurate financials while pushing our function toward greater efficiency and automation.

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment standard office equipment and cloud-based business systems.
This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.
This is a full-time position. The “core” business hours for the organization are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be required during month-end close, audit periods, or urgent business needs.
This role is unlikely to require travel between offices.

Pipe View provides its clients with professional documentation. An executive summary is created for each project. This summary outlines project conditions and highlights all notable conditions found during the inspection. All recordings are provided in an easily accessible electronic format. We give our clients instant access through our Client Exchange System. Audio commentary accompanies on screen text to alert and inform viewers of notable conditions. All maps and field sheets are computer generated. Clients are provided with multiple copies of each submittal. All submittals are readily available for duplication upon request.
