Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• The Treasury Digital Solutions Manager leads the delivery of Treasury technology solutions supporting cash management, liquidity, risk management, and compliance activities. The role translates the Treasury technology roadmap into scalable solutions by leading a team of Treasury Solutions Specialists responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Treasury systems, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• The Treasury Solutions Manager ensures solutions are delivered effectively, meet business requirements, and adhere to quality, security, and control standards while supporting continuous improvement across Treasury processes.
• Execute the Treasury technology roadmap established by the Global Cash Management Solutions Manager, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans, business cases, and implementation approaches while owning execution and delivery outcomes.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Treasury technology solutions, including integrations, automations, workflows, reporting tools, and analytics.
• Set standards and oversee processes for data gathering, validation, and organization across Treasury calculations, cash management, compliance workflows, and project initiatives.
• Identify data, process, and control gaps surfaced through delivery work, and feed these into the global cash management improvement agenda owned by the Global Cash Management Solutions Manager.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of Treasury applications, systems, data structures, and calculation logic, ensuring reliability, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global Treasury priorities.
• Champion the use of data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python) across the team to drive process improvement, automation, and delivery efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Treasury Solutions team — managing priorities, workload allocation, technical mentoring, hiring, and performance development.
• Support the Global Cash Management Solutions Manager with status updates, delivery risks, and technical input for presentations and business cases to Treasury leadership.
• Perform other manager-level responsibilities within the Treasury Technology function as assigned.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Statistical Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience; Masters degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in a multinational company with significant exposure to Treasury technology and data analytics, including leading technology delivery or teams.
• Prior people-management or team-lead experience required.
• Experience leading the development of Treasury technology solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Python, or similar platforms, with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and guide solution design.
• Experience with Azure databases, Powershell, XML, and SQL-based development strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing Power Apps development and SharePoint data structures with coded logic.
• Strong familiarity with Treasury operations, processes, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly FIS Quantum, Trax, or EBAM.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and Treasury governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery projects and priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative leader with a strong cross-functional mindset and a can-do attitude.
