Department Overview

APAC Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash and Liquidity Management including cash positioning, e-banking support and interco loan operations
• Bank Account Administration including KYC compliance required by banks
• Timely submission of Treasury reports with Accuracy
• Prompt completion of yearly tasks in SOX and external auditing
• Active management of Treasury processes and systems to optimize efficiency and quality
• Periodic review of Internal Control and Corporate Governance
• Active participation in ad hoc projects
• Gaining a firm and in-depth understanding of the risk of non-payment by one entity to another entity
• Reviewing a company’s financial statements
• Performing credit research, analysis and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of current and future customers
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools and drive process optimization across treasury operations.

Basic Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
• Experience using Oracle systems and Quantum is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Good team player with ability to work independently
• Positive attitude
