Job Description

Our client is seeking a Treasury Consultant to lead the stand-up and implementation of a treasury function for a carve-out entity. This role requires strong treasury expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a transitional environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead setup and implementation of a treasury function for a carve-out entity
• Support treasury operations, processes, and transition activities
• Partner with stakeholders to establish treasury workflows and controls
• Provide guidance on treasury-related operational and organizational needs
• Support continuity and execution during the carve-out transition
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership across the engagement

Requirements

• Strong experience in treasury operations and treasury function management
• Prior experience supporting carve-outs, transitions, or transformation environments preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating in fast-paced or evolving organizational structures preferred
