The Treasury Clerk is responsible for supporting day-to-day banking administration, vendor ACH onboarding, account reconciliation, and daily treasury operations. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role supports secure and accurate daily cash operations across multiple legal entities and banking relationships. This role acts as an important gatekeeper for banking portals, vendor payment setups, and monthly bank fee tracking. This role works closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable and plays an important part in ensuring accurate cash reporting and supporting efficient transaction processing across the organization.

Hourly Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Supports Internal Control process which includes understanding, communicating, and complying with defined internal controls.
Communicates upward problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, or other policy violations or illegal actions.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, currently three days per week at the company's corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon and two days remotely, subject to change based on business needs. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and maintain focus in a busy office setting.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to 3-6 hours per day; be mobile within an office environment; exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or minimal amounts frequently; keyboard for several hours per day; communicate by phone, in person, and in writing in a professional manner. The individual must possess visual acuity to perform close detail work for operating a computer and examining spreadsheets.
