We are looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Coordinator to join our Global Business Support (GBS) team in Romania. In this role, you will be at the heart of our cash operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuity across daily treasury activities for multiple Group entities. Your expertise will directly support ENGIE's mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily cash position monitoring, reconciliation, and variance analysis across entities in euros and foreign currencies.
• Prepare and deliver daily (D+0) and weekly (D+7, D+15) short-term cash forecasts to ENGIE Group Treasury Centers.
• Execute and control payment transactions using treasury tools such as KTP and Datalog Treasury Line/Comm+.
• Analyze and resolve payment incidents in collaboration with banking partners and internal finance teams.
• Coordinate daily team activities, allocate workload, and organize backup arrangements to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs, maintain Standard Operating Procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across finance, GBS, and Group Treasury in a multinational environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial operations, ideally within a shared service center or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash positioning, bank reconciliation, liquidity monitoring, payment execution, and cash-flow analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and large data set analysis; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and payment platforms; familiarity with KTP and Datalog is an advantage.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Dutch or another European language is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills, sound judgement, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during time-critical operations.

Location

Romania — Hybrid working model with occasional ad-hoc travel as needed.
