Responsibilities

• Lead all treasury functions of BU and managing the service provider (IBM) and other service providers in the team. (2 employees insource, 3 employees outsource)
• The position works closely with Corporate Treasury and financial institutions to optimize cash deployment, maintain funding flexibility, preserve value in high-inflation conditions, and mitigate the impact of changing market and regulatory conditions on business performance.
• Oversee the optimization of cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of funds.
• Review and continuously enhance cash forecasting methodologies and improve forecast accuracy and support effective cash, funding, and working capital management decisions with Corporate Treasury.
• Determine funding needs and making credit lines available, if necessary, in line with PepsiCo Treasury by evaluating and monitoring the global and local markets.
• Secure payment obligations, and lead supplier payment processes with different stakeholders.
• Review payments/collections cycle through banks on a daily basis. Ensure optimum collection methodologies (Credit Card, Cash, Wire, DDS, Check etc.) in terms of cash management in a fast-paced economical environment.
• Manage and coordinate all related sub-ledger-GL reconciliations regarding treasury functions.
• Manage the relationship and operation with banks and coordinate with the corporate treasury.
• Manage the new developments on the central bank side, new regulations’ impacts on the business cash position, and working capital, preparing action plans and reports accordingly
• Prepare and share all the analysis & reports with corporate treasury and management on a quarterly/monthly basis.
• Secure proper insurance coverage of assets, business, and liabilities, managing brokerage relations and HQ communications.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team, guiding daily activities and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate, implement, and oversee the use of treasury management systems and other financial technologies.
• Provide leadership on system developments and projects. Ensure that there is strong coordination with Finance, IT, Legal, and Sales departments.
• Evaluate the financial implications of project decisions and providing recommendations.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to project stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance, variances, and key metrics to project teams and management.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years in Finance with strong accounting and treasury knowledge
• University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS tools as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
• Strong team and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and operational workload through correct prioritization and process simplification
