Job Description

Bank Relationship Management

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with the banking partners (CMB/BOA), including leading regular bank meetings, annual bank evaluation and KYC process.
  • Actively join bank seminar/conference to get up-to-date knowledge and market information/practice, as well as share back to associates of BUs.

Account Management

  • Be responsible for the announcement and governance of Bank Account/E-Account Management Policy/SOP.
  • Maintain bank records including the authorization matrix, authorized signatories and other information of the company while having personnel turnover and other changes (CMB/BOA).
  • Implement account opening, account closing and maintenance with the banks (CMB/BOA) and e-platforms (RC).
  • Work with the banks (CMB/BOA)/e-commerce team to support SFO/BU to solve account or transaction related issues.

Financing Activities

  • Develop and maintain annual credit line review with the banking partners (CMB/BOA).
  • Support new investment (incl. capitalization) and organizational restructure (e.g., CHC set up) from funding and cashflow perspective.
