Job Description

Note- this position is located in Salt Lake City, UT and is required to be in-office at our down Salt Lake City headquarters.

Position Summary

The Treasury Assistant supports the day-to-day treasury and cash management activities of the organization. This role works closely with the Treasury and Finance teams to help maintain accurate cash positions, process banking transactions, support payment activities, maintain banking records, and assist with treasury reporting and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial data, and interested in developing a career in treasury, accounting, or corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the department inbox and resolve urgent emails
  • Process check deposits
  • Support asset recovery efforts
  • Assist with T&E approvals and training expense applications
  • Provide general Treasury support
  • Facility support for banking operations

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, finance, accounts payable, or a related area.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow issues through resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to learn new banking and financial systems quickly.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support a growing treasury function.
