The Role

As a Treasury Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. This role supports teams across multiple time zones and will require working hours aligned to global operations.

  • Execute daily treasury operations and work closely with global treasury services.

  • Manage end‑to‑end bank guarantee (BG) submissions for the countries, including follow‑ups with customers for timely issuance.
  • Track and follow up on bank guarantee renewals to ensure continuity and compliance.
  • Maintain and periodically review the Bank Guarantee register for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage bank mandate updates and reviews in coordination with banks and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and support funding visibility.
  • Upload and maintain cash flow data in FCC in line with reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate and support funding request preparation and approval for the region.
  • Act as point of contact for bank‑related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and support bank account reconciliations in Blackline.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, treasury policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and cash positioning reports for assigned countries.
  • Ensure timely execution of payments with appropriate documentation and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury reports covering cash trends, bank fees and key financial KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with global treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of data, responses, and resolution of audit queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects from Global Treasury Operations.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Educational qualification equivalent to Post Graduate or MBA in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or treasury functions.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Excel, with interest in digital tools or automation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Statutory , regulatory and compliance mindset
