We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Group Finance team This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting treasury operations, banking governance, and finance systems administration across a fast-growing acquisitive business. The role will centralise treasury and SAGE administration activities, allowing qualified finance professionals to focus on statutory reporting, technical accounting, audit delivery, and strategic finance priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close bank accounts across the Group.
  • Manage bank mandates, authorised signatories, and KYC/AML documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners.
  • Support acquisitions and disposals by opening, integrating, and closing bank accounts as required.
  • Maintain and manage the Group bank account register.
  • Lead the consolidation and rationalisation of the Group's banking structure.
  • Coordinate day-to-day banking relationships and documentation.
  • Monitor banking service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Produce daily cash position reporting and weekly liquidity reporting.
  • Support short and medium-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Assist with covenant reporting, acquisition funding, debt drawdowns, and funds flow management.
  • Administer SAGE, including user management, licences, security roles, and chart of accounts mapping.
  • Support entity creation and acquisition onboarding within SAGE.
  • Act as the first-line administrator for SAGE queries and system support.
  • Document treasury processes and standardise banking controls.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual administration and support automation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Treasury Analyst, Treasury Assistant, Finance Analyst, or similar finance role.
  • Experience managing banking relationships, mandates, and account administration.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Experience working with finance systems; SAGE experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining robust controls and governance.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-entity environments is desirable.
