In this role, you’ll help onboard newly acquired turbines, support operational performance across our wind fleet, and contribute to the growth of renewable energy across the UK. Your technical expertise will help maintain safe, reliable generation while supporting our net zero ambitions.
The Opportunity
As a Travelling Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll take a leading role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving wind turbine assets across the UK. You’ll work on a variety of turbine platforms, share technical knowledge with colleagues, and support the successful integration of newly acquired turbines into our portfolio.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you'll be based from our #Goole Service Centre in #Goole, #EastYorkshire. For this role, you'll generally live within 45 minutes of site, hold a full UK driving licence, and be willing to travel to other locations across the UK when required to support operational activities.
You’ll benefit from ongoing development opportunities, including technical and safety training, the chance to become a Multi-Skilled Authorised Technician, and opportunities to progress into Senior Authorised Person responsibilities. Reward:
£36,500 - £48,500 according to experience (We have a graded reward package to suit new entrants to the renewables industry through to the most experienced Wind Turbine Technicians).
Working hours - New Technician (37hrs) plus overtime is available.
