Shawmut is expanding its Mission Critical business unit and seeking a highly skilled Superintendent – Mission Critical to lead field operations on large scale, technically complex data center projects. This role requires significant travel and can be based anywhere in the United States, as project work spans multiple regions and may require long term on site presence. The Superintendent provides on site leadership for fast track construction, driving safety, quality, schedule performance, and robust trade coordination on mission critical builds.

Boston Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $203,000 The range stated is specific to Boston. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
Candidates in other geographic markets will also be considered; compensation ranges for those locations may vary based on local market conditions and cost of labor.
