NexGen Contracting is seeking a dedicated and analytical Project Cost Controls Specialist to join our Concrete Division. This role is pivotal in providing detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for concrete construction projects. The Cost Controls Specialist will be responsible for implementing corporate cost control measures, tracking project expenses, providing cost reports, and assisting project teams in managing project budgets. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to take on challenges, and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Who we want… (Requirements)Must have at least an Associate’s degree from a two year college or university in Business or Engineeringand at least one year of jobsite construction experience.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, ande-mail applications. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and Primavera Scheduling Software.
