Traveling Care Coordinator
Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Traveling Care Coordinator to support and elevate health services operations across our senior living communities. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building strong teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care. The Traveling Care Coordinator will step into communities as needed to stabilize, lead, train, and improve healthcare services.
This role involves regular travel within an assigned region to support our senior living communities. While the position requires mobility and the ability to visit multiple locations, candidates who resident within the designated region can expect to return home daily.
